No. All plans are month-to-month. To cancel, just give us 30 days’ notice.
You pay the same flat amount every month, all year. Card and ACH are billed automatically on the 1st. With Zelle there are no fees; you just set up a recurring payment for the 1st. If you start mid-month, your first month is prorated.

Usually. Your yard is on a regular neighborhood route, so most visits land on about the same day. Depending on weather and route timing, a visit may shift a day earlier or later.
Florida weather happens. After several days of heavy rain, we may need to skip a week to let the ground dry out and catch up. We always text you when the schedule changes. Your flat monthly rate already accounts for weather delays, so there are no credits or extra charges.
No. We just need access to the yard on service days. If you have a locked gate, pets outside or special instructions, let us know and we’ll note them on your account.
We fertilize lawns and handle weeds in flower beds. Spraying weeds in the grass requires a pest control license, which we don’t hold, so we can refer you to a licensed provider.
We price most lawns from a satellite view, so there’s no site visit needed. Expect your price by text, usually the same business day.
